2. Refund Amount & Shipping Fees
Refunds are based on the actual product price paid after discounts.
For change-of-mind returns:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Return shipping fees equal the original shipping fee paid at checkout.
Orders with free shipping ($0) have no return shipping fee.
When we arrange return shipping, the applicable fee is deducted from your refund.
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs when a return is required.
No additional restocking or handling fees apply.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
